Where and how are Monevator Merchandise wares made?
All products are created and shipped from the UK.
Like most small websites our merch is made on-demand. We use Printful.
This means a T-shirt, for example, isn't created until you purchase it.
Does this impact shipping times?
Yes! Your chosen product/s will need to be created and then sent out. Usually this only takes 6-8 days.
Do I pay extra for shipping?
There's no extra charge for shipping, it's free to you.
What about the books?
Our bookstore comprises of links to Amazon.
We are paid a small commission (around 6%) on anything you order via us.
You are buying books from Amazon, not us!
Can I return Monevator merchandise clothing and wares?
You have the usual rights to returns and refunds under UK law.
Please contact us if you have a problem with your order.
Do we fervently hope you will not return products?
YES!
Because our merchandise is custom made on-demand, it's a one-shot product.
If you don't keep it then we are charged and in full -- and at best anything returned is donated to charity, if not recycling.
This can get very expensive for us.
If my product is not the size or colour I expected, should I give it to a friend instead?
Please do! It's less wasteful and it might save us a small fortune if everyone does this instead of returning the items.
Also you will be introducing your friend to a world of investing knowledge! :)
How can I minimize the chances of needing to return something?
Check your address details carefully before purchasing, as this prevents stuff getting lost in transit.
Also check the sizing information with each product's description. And please don't expect a perfect fit from a print-on-demand merch shop!

Well… this whole enterprise is a bit of fun for us. At most a brand extension. We don't expect it to be a money spinner.
We would love to see dozens of readers sporting our hoodies and drinking from our mugs.
But please do order carefully and responsibly!
Can I order internationally?
No, we only ship to the UK at this time.
My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Check with your neighbours in case the courier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbour’s, get in touch with us with your order number.
If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within a week's time.
We'll email you back to ask for photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.
We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
